SCUBA diving is an extremely safe sport if done by certified divers operating within the limits of recreational diving rules. Still, accidents may happen even to the best of divers and as the old Boy Scout motto suggests, it is always best to "be prepared". To achieve this goal, it is always a good idea to have emergency information on hand.
